What an interesting idea merging the concept of PARA and Zettelkasten. I have kind of done that in my system. But not in structure. As I think the Zettelkasten sits at both the Area and Resource area.

I also have Readwise sync to my Obsidian and I think you are right it seats at the Resource level.

I think a quick reorganisation of my vault is in order.
